This role is for someone who enjoys building, improving, and running operational processes – not sitting on the sidelines. You’ll lead the redesign of the onboarding and induction experience and then take ownership of core people operations as the business continues to scale. Reporting directly to a highly engaging CPO, you will move beyond the traditional administrative grind to own the systems, workflows, and foundations that will carry the business during a time of exceptional growth.
You are an established People Ops / Generalist (4–7 years) who takes pride in bringing structure to ambiguity. You likely have experience in a scaling environment and understand the shift in complexity that happens when a business doubles in size. You possess the analytical rigor to map a process and the grit to implement it in a fast-moving, pragmatic culture.
